Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During periods of high order volume or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery location.

From time to time, LuxuryCartUSA may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Destination

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information before your order is processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing should be reported to the carrier first. We will gladly assist you throughout the claims process whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
